Asphalt Paver Operator

As an Asphalt Paver Operator at JP Asphalting Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of driveways, roads, and other paved surfaces.
This full-time position is based in Longwarry, VIC 3816, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
What you'll be doing Operate and maintain asphalt pavers to lay and compact hot mix asphalt with precision and efficiency.Monitor the paving process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain a smooth and consistent finish.Work well within a team to ensure the timely and successful completion of each project.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the paving equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations.Role won't be just limited to asphalt paver operations; when needed, works can include shoveling, raking, compaction, and general labourer works.What we're looking for Proven experience as an Asphalt Paver Operator.Flexibility to work some weekends and night shifts when required.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.Hold a current driver's licence; truck licence a bonus but not a must.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.What we offer At JP Asphalting Pty Ltd, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
