With manufacturing facilities in Victoria (Epping & Maryborough), New South Wales (Kirrawee), Queensland (Gold Coast), South Australia (Dublin) and multiple sales and distribution offices Nationally, a number of new opportunities now exist for multiple Warehouse Forklift Operator(s) to work casually with our day or afternoon shift teams in Epping.

Unloading of TrucksReceipting of Raw Materials & PackagingBatching of Raw Materials & Packaging for productionEffectively utilise warehouse management systems to maximize efficiency and productivity of work flow and allocate resources in various picking zones to ensure timely completion and flow of picking process.Collect and organize finished goods demand.Picking orders, Loading containers, Palletising cartonsDetermine fulfilment sequence and prepare transfer requests.Stage finished goods to be prepared for shipment in accordance with the orders schedule.General Warehouse & housekeeping dutiesDriving and picking with high Reach forkliftUsing RF scanning for picking and PackingTo be considered for one of these opportunities, we are seeking applicants who possess:
A current Forklift (High Reach) Licence is preferred; otherwise, a current LF/LO forklift licence is required (mandatory).
Please note - candidates who do not possess a current and valid forklift licence at the time of their application will not be considered.Previous Warehouse experience within a food manufacturing environment will be an advantage, but not essential.Good written documentation skills and accuracy of informationThe ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be punctualA track record of reliability & dependability in relation to attendance and work ethic.Be physically fit.
Capable of some heavy lifting.RF scanning system experience for picking and packingRemuneration on offer will be market applicable within the Foodservices industry and the successful applicant(s) must be available to work 38 hours per week plus overtime if required.
With day and afternoon shifts available, the hours of employment for these roles will either be 6.00am to 2.00pm or 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
As the Edlyn site is based in the northern suburbs with no immediate access to public transport close by, access to your own transport for the daily commute to the site will also be highly beneficial (with plenty of free on-site parking available).
