This is a rare opportunity to Join the Norris Motor Group as a Service Manager and be supported by a close-knit & loyal management team.
You willbe in charge of a multi-franchise, small metropolitan workshop gearing up for further growth.
The Service Department is located on the north side of Brisbane in Geebung.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can rise to the challenge and reap the rewards both financially & developmentally in a smaller Service department.
Build a multi-skilled team around you as you grow the department within an agile business where you interact directly with senior management.

You will be supported to develop an inclusive and positive culture while showcasing your strong time management and people skills coupled with your sound knowledge of automotive industry Key performance indicators.
Your solid understanding of departmental operations and previous customer satisfaction success in a franchise dealership Service Department environment will ensure your success in this role.

Support your team to ensure a positive culture, inspire as a mentor and develop the "work family" holistic approach to staff management.
Identify, implement and ingrain processes to ensure your team is capable of exceeding customer and Dealership expectations.
Quickly and effectively address customer concerns while developing & achieving the department's customer satisfaction requirements Meet and exceed budget targets and continue to grow profitability while monitoring and driving productivity, efficiency and process improvements Ensure correct manufacturer warranty requirements are met while following company policies, processes and systems In return, we are offering a customised remuneration package for the right candidate with a multi-faceted uncapped commission structure aligned with experience – while working with a professional, supportive and inclusive management and administration team.
