Administrative Business Partner / Executive Assistant (EA)Ideally a minimum of 3 years in an ABP / EA role supporting senior leaders, with complex diary and calendar management.19th November, 2024The work we do mattersWe protect and defend our customers and communities by providing the widest range of cyber security professional services in the region.With more than 1,300 team members across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and US, we are a leading force in cyber security, offering services from strategy, GRC, managed security services, cloud security, digital forensics, and cyber education.If you're ready to work with teammates that get you, a leader that supports you and customers that need you, then you're ready for CyberCX.What the role involvesThe primary responsibility in this role is executive administration and office management, through collaboration and engagement with ELT teams, building trusted partnerships with clear channels of communication and aligning administrative support to their needs.Day to day you will:Provide administrative support (to multiple Executives) and manage office and facilities managementMaintain complex calendars including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectivesStructure cadence of calendars to support long-term business objectivesManage end-to-end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as neededMaintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and prioritiesAttend business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverablesPartner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they ariseSupport active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submissions to ensure expense policy complianceSkills and experiencePlease note, due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens with the ability to hold an Australian Security Clearance. Only Melbourne based applicants will be considered for this role (no relocation offered).What we're looking for:Ideally a minimum of 3 years in an EA role supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environmentExperience in complex calendar management for multiple ExecutivesProven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar(s)Exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environmentExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCXStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the businessWell-presented and polished professional in your approach to businessThrive in a high-pressure environment, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and prioritiesEgo-free and keen to learn – you strive to get better every day, and don't mind doing the little things to keep a business running at full speedHighly ethical, with a trustworthy and assured mannerYou are committed to attending the office onsite for 5 days per week in the initial 6 months of your employment.
