Evolve Talent is excited to partner with a leading global facilities management company in the search for a proactive Regional HSE Advisor to oversee and support multiple sites across NSW/ACT.
This permanent, full-time role offers a dynamic balance of site visits and work-from-home flexibility.
We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives on proactively managing risks and fostering stakeholder engagement.
Success in this role requires the ability to lead by influence, inspire positive change, and champion a culture of safety excellence.
About the role:
As the Regional HSE Advisor, you will oversee multiple sites across NSW/ACT, driving a robust safety culture through collaboration with operational leadership teams.
You'll take full responsibility for HSE functions within the region, with a focus on operational safety rather than people management.
Skills & Requirements: Proven ability to influence, coach and engage with stakeholdersConfidence in your technical expertise to advise on all aspects of safetyBroad WHS skill set including auditing, risk management, investigations, systems implementation and injury managementAbility to manage and communicate risk effectivelyStrategic mindset and approach to safetyRelevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV or higher)Experience in facilities management advantageous but not essentialA valid drivers licenceThe Rewards: Secure organisation and leading provider of facilities management servicesFlexibility and autonomyTake this opportunity to shape the safety culture of a growing business while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role.
