Meter Data Provisions Officer

We're seeking an experienced individual for a mid-term contract focused on data entry in metering.
Key Responsibilities Schedule meter readings and manage data for customers in the NT region.Process re-energising, de-energising, special reads, and related activities on time.Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and supporting field staff.Ensure accurate entry of meter readings and fees, while reporting issues like tampering or unbilled meters.Assist in reviewing and improving metering procedures.About You Excellent communication, articulate phone manner and teamwork skills.Experience managing large datasets with attention to detail.Proficient in IT systems, spreadsheets, and prioritising tasks.Benefits Immediate start temp contract to 31 DecMonday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week$ p/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
