Corangamite Shire Council is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager Regulatory Services.
This is your opportunity to work in a stunning region known for its natural beauty and strong community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:As the Manager Regulatory Services, you will report to the Director Sustainable Development and be responsible for the management, leadership, strategic development and delivery of Council's regulatory services including statutory planning, building services and environmental health services.

paid study leaveAbility to purchase extra leavePaid parental leaveAccess to corporate benefitsWhat you can bring:A relevant qualification in town planning, building or environmental health is desirable and several years relevant experience, or extensive relevant experience.High level communication and report writing skills with a willingness to achieve set goals within deadlines.Specialist knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to Department programs, services, and operations.An ability to implement Council's policies and strategies to achieve long-term goals.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing market and industry conditions.Project management skills and experience highly desirable.A Victorian Drivers licence, recent national police check and construction induction card, or ability to obtain.Application Process: Write a cover letter, outlining how you meet the criteria listed above.
