About the roleWe are seeking a finance leader to join our team as Financial Planning and Reporting Manager.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will oversee the financial control, planning, and reporting function.
You will lead and develop a dynamic team, driving change and delivering key business objectives.
Key responsibilities:Develop insightful and value-added financial reportsAlign processes and standards for consistent and reliable actual and forecast informationManage engagement with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely resolution of issuesLead profit improvement and cost management initiativesOversee the monthly business performance review processDrive the development of a comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence strategyEnsure compliance with corporate, statutory, and ABF financial reporting requirementsEnhance business controls and governanceAbout YouWe are looking for an analytical, improvement-oriented leader to head our newly established Planning & Reporting team.
You will possess:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related disciplineCPA/CA qualificationAn MBA or master's degree (desirable)Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food manufacturingProven team leader driving high levels of team motivation and engagementProven analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in SAP and BW systemsExperience in developing systems roadmapsExperience delivering a strong control framework such as US SOxExpertise in data analytics strategy development and implementationStrong commercial and analytical skills at both conceptual and detailed levelsProven track record in identifying and implementing process improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building skills at all levels, both internally and externallyHow to ApplyIf you're ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization, we'd love to hear from you
