We are looking for a Senior Maintenance/Project Engineer to join our team.
The Person We are seeking a bilingual (English/Mandarin) Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our professional Maintenance team, based on a major iron ore project located in Western Australia.
This is a front-line, hands-on role, working with a team of engineers responsible for maintaining the largest magnetite project in Australia.
Key accountabilities will include: Being a safety leader and engaging with personnel to drive a Zero Harm culture.Monitoring Asset Management KPI's, identifying gaps in performance, and recommending actions to resolve.Managing improvement projects, from design to installation, including the associated budget.Providing technical input into process improvements, future upgrades, breakdowns, and maintenance outages.Engaging with key team stakeholders when facilitating all improvement projects.Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) and implementing remedial actions to prevent reoccurrence.Essential Qualifications and skills required: Tertiary Engineering qualification, with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate working experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy industry, preferably in Fixed Plant Ore Processing, with prior experience working within operational teams on site.Sound knowledge of conveyor modelling software such as CEMA, Helix, and RCA.Experience working on multiple improvement projects.Experience using engineering platform technologies such as 3D, EDM, etc.An ability to convert technical knowledge into practical instruction.Strong interpersonal skills, including clear and concise oral and written skills in English and Mandarin.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
