You will work across China and with colleagues in Melbourne to support the Commissioner in achieving strong economic results for Victoria.Successful CandidateExperience in providing strategic advice in the areas of government engagement, trade facilitation and/or investment attraction within a geographically diverse business environment.Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive issues and provide strategic advice and solutions under tight timeframes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and manage cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.Sound understanding of the statutory and regulatory environment in Greater China, particularly as it relates to the operation of a foreign representative office.The successful candidate for this locally engaged position will be responsible for all arrangements in relation to visa and relocation expenses (if applicable), their accommodation and day-to-day living expenses.BenefitsWe offer a competitive package of benefits.
