About the Role Are you passionate about coffee and ready to take the next step in your barista career, or an experienced Head Barista looking to be part of something new?
Lead the way in crafting exceptional coffee experiences, setting the standard for excellence in every cup.
With natural flair, and a passion to consistently deliver a delicious experience, you will share your knowledge and work with other team members in the art of 'all things coffee'.
Responsibilities Maintaining excellent presentation standards that are in line with market trendsPreparing and presenting beautiful coffee and beverages efficiently and within a reasonable time frameMaintaining all coffee equipment – ensuring it is cleaned regularly and the workspace is impeccably tidyWorking in conjunction with the Lobby Bar Food & Beverage team to ensure all needs for that outlet are being metQualifications Excellent attention to detail and sensational time management skillsOutstanding coffee knowledgeCustomer-focused – you get a real kick out of making someone else's dayTeam player – you place a higher priority on team goals than on own goalsGreat attitude - optimistic, engaged and proactiveExperience within a similar position of similar size and scopeFull Australian working rights is essential with no visa restrictions.
Visa Sponsorship is not available.Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating rosterCompleted an accredited RSAAs a Calile team member, you'll become part of a close-knit team operating one of Brisbane's busiest hotels.
