Previous experience as a Senior Sales or Marketing Director is highly desirable.Business Development Mindset: This candidate should possess a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. Demonstrated experience in identifying new clients, targeting business opportunities, and driving growth is crucial for this role.Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills are essential for establishing and nurturing connections with key decision-makers within client organizations. This person must be able to build and maintain long-term partnerships, leveraging their network and influencing skills to drive success.Management and Collaboration: This person must have a proven track record of guiding and developing high-performing teams.
