Here at Concentis, we are partnering with a tier-1 asset owner in Gladstone to source a Construction Supervisor accountable for leading a site-based delivery team. Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of multi-disciplined civil earthworks capital projects.This is a Monday-Friday, Gladstone based role on a 12-month rolling contract.Hourly rate: $100.67p/h + superannuation + additional benefitsKey Responsibilities:Support the delivery of the annual capital planLead and manage a large team of trades and operatorsOversee civil earthworks, ensuring work adheres to schedule, quality, and safety standardsProvide technical support, review permits, plans & technical drawings, schedule materials, and monitor progress with accurate reportingIdentify process improvements and collaborate with project leadersConduct daily prestart meetings, delivering clear instructions and promoting a positive team culture Here at Concentis, we are partnering with a tier-1 asset owner in Gladstone to source a Construction Supervisor accountable for leading a site-based delivery team.
