As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will provide operational and functional support to the Finance Team Leader by processing and maintaining the Unapplied Suspense account volumes under control and ensuring reconciliations for the Australian and New Zealand group.

Day to day
Ensure the reconciliation of the Unapplied Suspense general ledger is completed by the 3rd business day of each month.
Manage unapplied suspense transactions from daily deposits to ensure they are under control and aligned with the Leasing system report.
Promptly address and resolve discrepancies by conducting thorough investigations of issues and variances.
Ensure escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with various areas of the business.
Your Profile
2 years of experience in a high-volume environment are preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Organised and able to prioritise.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
