Are you an experienced Communications Manager looking to make a real impact in your next role?
We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on, dynamic Communications Manager.
This newly created role sits in our Rehab and Health Services Division across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role will initially focus on developing and implementing internal communications strategies that support key business objectives, including supporting the roll out of a major transformation project across all the brands.
As you get established, there will also be the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of external communications strategies for targeted brands in the portfolio.
This is an exciting position for a visionary Communications Manager who wants to make a real impact, and who enjoys bringing brands' purposes and values to life through compelling messages across a range of communications channels and mediums.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the communications strategy for a major transformation project across the portfolioDevelop and implement communication strategies that enhance internal and external stakeholder engagementCreate and deliver compelling content across various channels and mediums including staff intranet, internal emails, newsletters, Town Halls, presentations, briefings, scripts, FAQs, training materials, SMS, social media, surveys and videosBuild and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to collaborate on and identify communications opportunitiesStay informed of industry news and developmentsRegularly analyse data and report on the success of communications initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementQualificationsAttributes and experience: Tertiary qualification in journalism, English language or literature, communications or another relevant disciplineAt least 7+ years of relevant corporate communications experience, with proven experience in a large complex organisation and/or multi-brand portfolioExceptional written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an engaging manner to a variety of audiences and adjust tone across brandsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects concurrentlyHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailStrong relationship building skills across all levels of an organisationPrevious healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essentialAdditional InformationWhat we offer you: 100% flexible hybrid working arrangements – you set your scheduleSupportive team culture - key role in a small high performing teamExtensive employee benefits including paid maternity leave, purchase annual leave, salary packaging, novated leasing, travel discounts, Fitness Passport, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and much moreStar Finder employee referral program - monetary incentive for successfully referring great candidatesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, proudly welcoming people with disability including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians to our team.
