If you're an experienced orthopaedic shoulder sales representative looking to get away from the ordinary grind and get active with a NEW product then this could be the role for youBenefits & Highlights:Competitive base salary + $22,500 car allowance + generous commission incentives + overachiementAnnual cash allowances for health insurance & wellnessExcellent leadership, mentoring support with ongoing training & developmentFuture career progression opportunities as a result of exceptional double digitYoY business growthBe directly involved in the launch of a new shoulder product to marketTerritory: Sydney, NSWExcellent ongoing training & developmentGreat rewards and recognition programsAbout the RoleWith a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Product Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex's shoulder portfolio.Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the RequirementsSuccessful sales track record in Orthopaedic Shoulder products from a sales or clinical perspective.Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbout ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
