The role:Establish and help develop and grow the CA/Estimating departmentPrepare tenders and manage all contracts and compliance and negotiationsAssist with project managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersWork closely with the sales team on new projectsWork on schools, childcare centres, and luxury hospitality modular projectsRequirements:Experience working on end-to-end new build project lifecyclesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh computer literacyAbility to work full time Monday to Friday in an officeEnergetic and motivated personalityPlease send your CV to or call to discuss further.
