LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Financial Analyst in Unley, South Australia.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Supervisor – Commercial where your role will primarily involve developing and delivering market and financial modelling analysis.

Our commitment to youHealth and wellbeing options, including the opportunity to work from home, flexible start and finish times, a weekly wellbeing hour and access to our holistic Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Learning and development in a supportive team environment with professional, safety and technical training opportunities and growth pathways.Community impact with participation in various charitable activities and volunteering opportunities using a "Give Back Day".Diversity, equity and inclusion committee and focus groups, ensuring a workplace where every individual feels valued, included and empowered.Leave entitlements, including prorated long-service leave, study leave and employer-paid parental leave.Rewards and recognition for length of service and cultural and safety excellence.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research and analysis of commodity markets and LMS' financials to provide insights to support investment decisions.Perform risk analysis for LMS' commodities portfolio and support the development of trading strategies.Work closely with the Business Development team to undertake conceptual and detailed analytical evaluations on a range of strategic and operational projects.Support the LMS Trading team with analysis as required including the creation of budgets and forecasts.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain financial models and briefing papers.Develop documentation outlining new processes within the trading team.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Business/Economics.3+ years of experience in a financial/commercial analyst role, preferably specializing in markets, M&A or corporate finance.Australian Drivers Licence.Upholds LMS' company values and culture.Please email applications to , quoting job reference COR-065-181224.
