About the Role / Are you up for the challenge? As the B2A Senior Document Controller, you will join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in managing and organising project documentation on the B2A Project.

Project Description Inland Rail is transforming how goods are moved around Australia, connecting Melbourne and Brisbane via regional Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
This 1,700km fast freight backbone will complete our national freight network - better connecting producers to markets and creating new opportunities for regional businesses, industries and communities.
The Beveridge to Albury (B2A) project is the Victorian portion of the program undertaken along approximately 305 kms of existing northeast rail corridor between Beveridge and Albury.
B2A is staged in two tranches.
Tranche 1 includes enhancement works across four sites and corridor wide works.
Tranche 2 works will be delivered by John Holland and includes adjustment of track alignments, the provision of new road overbridges and station modifications to enable the safe operation of double-stack freight trains across eight B2A project sites between Wandong and Benalla.
Responsibilities of the role include / What you will do; Support the establishment of project correspondence systemEnsure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirementsImplement workflows and collate, issue, and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, product certification and records that are subject to review and approvalPlan and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and the project officeProvision of training and support within the Document Control TeamRecord issues and track location of control documents and drawingsIssue letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulationEnsure current versions are maintained of all documents subject to revision and ensure current versions of documents are issued to required project partiesCoordinate storage and archiving of project and organizational recordsCoach other John Holland employees on the records management systems, procedures and processesEnsure the documents are managed in strict confidentialityPerform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems and proceduresTo be successful in this key role, you must have / What we are looking for; Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent experience in Business or AdministrationDegree or post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other associated disciplinesStrong, demonstrated experience in document controlExperience in document management systemsAdvanced computer skillsPrioritisation skillsRecords managementKnowledge of project management systems and processesExperience in project environment or equivalent industryAconex and TeamBinder experienceGreat attention to detailBe able to work under pressureTeam player and great work ethicsAs part of the team, you can help us transform lives.
