Youth Support Worker

APM has secured new business with the Transition to Work contract and we are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Baulkham Hillsoffice.
As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.

You're great at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to be able to maximise job opportunities for everyone.

Am I suited? We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services.
You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community.
