You will ensure that the CHSP service meets the KPIs required by the local Organisation and the Ministry of Health, these include operational and financial performance targets.You will be responsible for ensuring the service is operated in accordance with the CHSP Guidelines, and that quality of client care is delivered.In this role, you will contribute to continuous improvement of the service and ensure that the service aligns to the National Aged Care Standards as well as the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
