About the role
This is an Expression of Interest for a Mobilisation Coordinator.
UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles.
As a result, we have an Expression of Interest for the Mobilisation Coordinator role.
Develop and implement mobilisation plans for personnel and equipment.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of resources and schedules.
Oversee the logistics of transporting staff and equipment to and from the site.
Ensure that all necessary permits and documentation are in place.
Act as a liaison between the site management, contractors, and workers.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and any issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Address any issues that arise during mobilisation and find effective solutions.
Manage any changes or adjustments to the mobilisation plan as needed.
About you
5 years' experience in a similar mobilisation administrator role.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
Experience working on large accommodation villages made up of modular buildings or similar types of projects.
