The Technical Systems Admin will backfill BAU activities across both Platform and Cloud End User Services teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical expertise for all things Azure / Entra ID / M365 (Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.)
Maintain and support Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem applications / systems Monitor and report on the Azure environment and M365 services and on-prem applications Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation in support of the Cloud and on-premises environment Provide high-quality customer support in a timely manner Identify opportunities for improvement in environments or processes Lead and steer updating of disaster recovery documentation Experience in using and configuring Entra ID Modern Authentication SELECTION CRITERIA
Demonstrated technical capabilities and experience in three or more of the following: Exchange Online (Hybrid), Cisco IronPort, PowerShell Scripting, Entra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies etc), Active Directory, Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, On-premises to Cloud migrations Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry Demonstrated attention to detail, delivering quality technical solutions Proven experience with producing technical documentation Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience supporting a widely distributed global user base To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button.
