The Opportunity:
HKA continues to excel and grow in Australia because of our reputation for providing quality strategic quantum and contractual advice and Expert Witness services.
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced quantum professional to our team, and we are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Skills and Experience:
We are seeking individuals with proven experience of working on quantum and contractual claims, ideally in the construction industry.
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claims.
Relevant construction degree such as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, and a secondary construction legal qualification, plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialization.
Proven ability to personally or assist in the delivery of quantum reports for construction contractors, solicitors, and/or other clients from determining causality through to report writing.
Demonstrable understanding of the various forms of contract and quantum principles, with the ability to communicate and utilize this in client-facing situations.
The ability to demonstrate previous work-winning ability in securing fee-earning quantum work for yourself and other consultants in the Asia Pacific region would be highly desirable.
