About the Role: Provide ongoing support and liaison to relevant stakeholdersOperate in a hybrid role, managing both servers and applications, to support cloud-based services and maintain the underlying systems that facilitate these applicationsImplement, manage, and maintain core business databases, application software and systems across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructureKey area of focus across Techone, Sharepoint Online and SQL DatabasesUndertake troubleshooting and resolution of complex issuesDevelop, review, and maintain appropriate levels of documentation for supported databases, applications and systemsManage and maintain application and system updates, upgrades, backups, archiving and disaster recoveryProvide advice, guidance, and expertise to business and projects teamsRelationship building and performance management of vendors and providersParticipate in the escalation on-call support roster as requiredAbout you: Minimum 5 years' experience in administering enterprise applications and systems infrastructure.Demonstrated experience in complete delivery of business systems and applications.High level of expertise in managing SQL databases and systemsElevated level of expertise installing and administering database and enterprise application systems such as (but not limited to) TechOne, Chris21, ServiceNow, Sharepoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.Extensive experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server and/or Linux based operating systemsExperience with management of virtualisation platforms such as VMWareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments with the ability to understand the inter-relationship between various applications and components.Knowledgeable and experienced with integration and scripting tools, such as API Integration, PowerShell, PowerBI, SQL, HTML.About Us: We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
