Snr Solution Architect/Delivery Lead

Seeking a functional Snr Solution Architect/Delivery Lead to deliver SAP architecture and solution - 2-3 days in office per week - APPLY NOW
Expertise in multiple SAP modules and solutions, including SAP S4 HANA EAM, PTP, PTD 5+ years of experience in SAP functional leadership roles Sydney based - Macquarie Park A large government organisation is looking for a functional Snr Solution Architect/Delivery Lead to lead a team of solution architects, managing functional escalations and coordinate the delivery of SAP architecture for SAP systems on the public cloud .
This is an 8 month engagement , ending in the new financial year 2025.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of solution architects, managing functional escalations and coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain detailed records of functional escalations, including issue logs, action plans, and status updates, providing regular reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
Lead Functional teams in the development, delivery, implementation, and transition for major projects on the Equip platform.
Manage the Business as Usual (BAU) transition of the SAP solution, working closely with the service delivery team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Maintain alignment with the Architecture framework and roadmaps.
Contribute to the development and delivery of SAP architecture and detailed designs for SAP systems on public cloud.
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and security concerns in public cloud SAP solutions.
Review and approve all architecture and design documentation within architecture forums.
Lead Agile processes, including functional and regression test management, and defect management.
Essential requirements:
Extensive experience in solutions architecture, business and systems requirements, and technical design and analysis in a complex and evolving technical environment.
5+ years of experience in SAP functional leadership roles , with a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP S4 projects.
Expertise in multiple SAP modules and solutions, including SAP S4 HANA EAM, PTP, PTD , with a deep understanding of SAP best practices and industry standards.
Understanding of cloud-based solutions and "as a service" architectures.
2+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA is advantageous.
SAP S4 Hana certifications (e.g.
SAP Certified Application Associate) are advantageous.
