The ambience is both cosy and sophisticated, making it ideal for special celebrations or simply indulging in a well-deserved treat.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our talented team of over 50 staff members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, a passion for customer service, and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a large team Ensuring high standards of service and efficiency Uphold and implement our menu of service Maintaining the restaurant's exceptional reputation Oversee stock inventory and ensure timely ordering and replenishment.
Address and resolve customer complaints Support senior management in daily operations Strategic initiatives.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Mentor and develop staff Encouraging personal and professional growth.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a Duty Manager or similar role within a fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership skills Experience managing large teams.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail A flexible approach to training and skill development.
