We're currently looking for a talented Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Perth on a full-time or part-time basis
As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health.
You will also provide vocational and counselling support to those clients in need of assistance on their return to work journeys.
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Undertaking psychological initial, worksite, functional, and early intervention assessmentsConducting Vocational and Adjustment to Injury CounsellingIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforceUndertaking Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills AnalysesLiaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesQualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling and current registration, or eligibility to obtain, with AASW or ASORC or AHPRA, (provisional accepted)Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is essential)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetermination to consistently provide a high level of customer serviceA keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your timeWhat we offer you:Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning teamMultiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from withinGenerous financial incentives program to reward you for your impactPurchase additional annual leavePaid parental leaveAdditional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much moreAbout us: At WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
