This role could be in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Hobart. Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions to enhance business processesDevelop functional specifications and detailed use cases for IT solutionsConduct gap analysis to identify existing system shortcomings and recommend solutionsEstablish and manage project plans, schedules, and timelinesSupport project managers in planning and executing projects by providing inputWork closely with developers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasibleManage change requests and facilitate user acceptance testingCreate end-user training and support documentationRecommend enhancements to improve IT solutions' effectivenessStay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to the businessLet's talk about your capability and experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Financial Services.Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principlesStrong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications, use cases, and process mapsFamiliarity with data modeling and database design principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management softwareOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
