WA Cluster includes hotels: The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, The Westin Perth, Aloft Perth, Courtyard by Marriott, Murdoch, Perth and Four Points by Sheraton Perth.
This role is Part Time across 3 days (0.6 FTE), ideally you can work these days consecutively.
You will be: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems.Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems.Analyse, recommend, and implement process improvements.Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts.Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications activities, including client/server support and strategic and tactical planning.Consult with and advise others on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications. You are / have: A friendly, confident, vibrant and professional personalityAn ability to communicate technical knowledge in simple termsExperience in similar position advantageousA technical, logical thought processAn ability to prioritise and delegateAn ability to stick to strict deadlinesA keen eye for detailAustralian working rights (sponsorship not available)Previous Hotel experience advantageous Life.
