About the role

As the Linehaul Supervisor at Warners Transport Distribution Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and reliable movement of goods between Perth and the Pilbara region.
In this full-time position based in Forrestfield, WA, you will be responsible for leading a team of drivers and ensuring the timely delivery of shipments to our customers.
What you'll be doing Coordinate the daily operations of the linehaul team, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatchMonitor driver performance and productivity, providing coaching and support to ensure high standards are maintainedLiaise with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that ariseImplement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environmentAssist in the onboarding and training of new drivers to ensure they are prepared for their responsibilitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of our transport operations through the identification and implementation of efficiency measuresWhat we're looking for Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the transport and logistics industryExtensive knowledge of transport regulations, safety protocols, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer serviceProficient in the use of transport management software and technologyA valid driver's licence and the ability to navigate the local road networkWhat we offer
