Overview Susquehanna is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Market Data and Signals team.
In this role, you will develop and enhance low latency and high frequency market data exchange connectivity applications by designing, implementing, and delivering complex software systems that meet the business needs.
The successful candidate should have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex applications that meet demanding performance and scalability goals in a trading environment.

A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related disciplineA minimum of two (2) years' experience designing and developing applications using object-oriented programming using C++ on Linux, as well as proficiency in PythonAn expert level C++ / Linux developer with knowledge of design, profiling, performance tuning, OO, generic programming, STL, boost, sockets, multi-threading, and IPCExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimization/latency reduction methodologiesKnowledge of financial products, exchange connectivity, and market dataExperience as a technical project lead or team lead, driving multiple concurrent projects from analysis to productionAbout SIG: Susquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm founded by a group of friends who share a passion for game theory and probabilistic thinking.
