This position is with an established, reputable aged care organisation known for supporting and developing its staff.
The Facility Manager will efficiently and effectively manage all resident care and well-being.
You will demonstrate and lead a person-centered approach to celebrating and supporting old age, in collaboration with the clinical team.
You will ensure effective documentation of care and service, meeting legal requirements and maximising financial outcomes.
