You will work closely with the Get Help value stream to re-imagine the way we interact with our customers.
You'll leverage solutions such as Fenergo to build business capabilities such as Electronic Verification, Order Management, Case Management and Workflow Management not to mention the core CRM capabilities and data that Salesforce requires to facilitate these processes.
Additionally, you will have to interface with many new online solutions such as document generation and storage, open banking, identity and address verification to provide higher transparency and digital first experiences.About the RoleThe ANZ Plus Salesforce delivery model is one of the most mature and sophisticated in market, making use of all of the latest devops and developer tooling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We have an in-house built CICD pipeline that does delta packaging, apex unit test verification, LWC jest tests, code style enforcement, secure code scanning and even a Salesforce CLI extension that automates the documentation of our IAM and Schemas.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: 40hr/ Full TimeWhat will you bring?We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work.
Some of the skills we are looking for are below, but don't worry if you don't have all of these as learning on the job is the way we work.A deep understanding of sound code practices.Advanced core Salesforce CRM knowledge in regards to the functional capabilities and the way the platform is configured and customised to meet business requirements whilst maintaining best practice.Salesforce engineering experience with Apex and LWC.Deep Salesforce DX knowledge and general engineering knowledge.So why join us?
