Customer Service Representative

Join our Local Council based in Western Sydney.
Your Council is the largest CBD in Western Sydney and is seeking for a group of experience Customer Service Representatives to assist the workload up to the end of the year.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, an initial 3-month full-time contract with opportunities to extend.
Please be advised that we cannot consider any applicants who have leave planned during this time.
DUTIES.
Respond to customer enquiries Manage inbound and outbound calls Administrate transactions on behalf of customers Respond to emails and webchats SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact centre and customer service Experience in responding to emails and webchats Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tasks Exceptional level of customer service & communications skills CULTURE.
This role will see you working in a close-knit collaborative team.
Your strong work ethic and high-level of autonomy will allow you to thrive in this environment.
