About the Role MinterEllison's Consulting Services are leading strategic advisors ready to design, develop, and operationalise with clients. Businesses need integrated capabilities to solve complex organisational problems. At MinterEllison, we've brought together an unmatched team of experts under one roof with deep industry knowledge and commercial experience who are focused on designing, developing, and operationalising solutions in the service areas of Technology, Cyber Security, Risk & Regulatory, Legal Optimisation, Education, and ESG.
The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team sits within our market-leading Risk and Regulatory Practice providing our clients comprehensive GRC solutions across a range of industries with a particular focus on the financial services sector.
We help clients to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in order to build and implement risk management frameworks and governance solutions, that ensure compliance with all relevant obligations, optimal management of operational risk, and standards of conduct consistent with contemporary customer and regulatory expectations.
We are seeking a Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-growing team, where you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile client projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes while developing your expertise and building an exciting GRC career. This role is based in our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available.
Responsibilities Work under the guidance of leading GRC experts, you will be part of a team delivering high-profile GRC engagements with many of Australia's most iconic organisations.Day-to-day interaction with clients in the delivery of GRC projects.Support senior leaders with business development and practice management.More About You At least 1 year+ experience working in a consulting environment.While experience working in the regulatory, operational risk, and compliance space is welcomed, it is not essential.
