As we continue to scale, you'll be instrumental in shaping and streamlining Dental Boutique's digital backbone, ensuring that our technology aligns with our growth and high standards.
This role is perfect for someone driven by challenge, who enjoys building systems from scratch and has a passion for utilizing emerging technologies like AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and the customer experience.
Reporting to our executive leadership, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring advanced, AI-integrated processes and systems to our rapidly expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Lead IT Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Dental Boutique's vision and growth objectives.Infrastructure Building: Build the entire IT infrastructure from scratch, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.Process Implementation: Establish and optimize IT processes to streamline workflows, enhance data management, and support company operations effectively.AI Integration: Incorporate AI solutions to drive innovation, automate processes, and enhance both patient and employee experiences.System Management and Security: Oversee network security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective partnerships.About YouYou're an experienced IT leader, comfortable with starting from the ground up, and have at least 5-10 years of experience in senior IT roles.
You're passionate about technology, a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise, and have the drive to innovate, including familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI integration within corporate systems.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).5-10 years of proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within a scaling business environment.Strong background in building and managing IT infrastructure and systems.Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to leverage them within our business model.Experience in a healthcare, boutique, or customer-service-focused industry is highly desirable.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a detailed cover letter outlining your relevant experience and suitability for this role via Seek.
