What you'll be doing in your new role You will work within our team assisting with the support of our extensive client base both remotely and onsite, designing solutions, making recommendations, configuration, installation, and ongoing support.
To be successful with this, you will need experience in and/or willingness to learn:
Workstation O/S, hardware/peripheral diagnostics and supportWindows Server environmentNetworking design and troubleshootingRDS/VPN operationManaged services, backup, threat security, etc.Knowledge with Microsoft 365 platformExperience in the hospitality industry is a bonusImportantly, you… Are technically minded, practical, and can explain solutions to your clients in a language that they can understandHave minimum 2 years experience in a related fieldAre a people person and can build ongoing relationships with clientsAre creative and use initiative to problem solveAre honest, reliable, and trustworthyPossess a high attention to detail and professional standardsUnderstand that some flexible working hours may be requiredAnd you will have… A degree majoring in a discipline such as Business, Information Systems, or Information TechnologyIT helpdesk or IT consulting experienceAble to work in a small team environmentA passion for business systems and technologyWhere are we located We work on projects throughout Tasmania but physically:
