Supervisor, Loan Operations | Corporate Banking Exciting opportunity to join the Loan Operations team, ideal for individuals possessing solid expertise in loan processing for corporate clients.

The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a globally recognised financial institution within their Operations department.
This organisation has a strong position in the market and will support your professional development.
Additionally, you will be part of ongoing projects and processes whilst utilising your people-leading skills.

The Role
This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves day-to-day oversight of the processing of loan transactions, ensuring alignment with market practice, agreements, and internal requirements, as well as developing the team's capability.

To be successful in this position, you will have a strong banking operations background and a detailed understanding of corporate loan products, ideally with prior experience in an oversight or supervisory role.

Responsibilities
Process and oversight of loan transactions & cash sheets Effectively check that transactions have been completed by team members and coordinate daily workflow activities Coordinate funding for drawdowns and rollovers following procedural checks Monitor incoming funds to ensure prompt settlement of customer obligations Create invoices for bilateral facilities fees and review fee calculations for syndicated facilities Comply with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements such as AUSTRAC Demonstrate operational experience in the institutional banking/financial services industry Possess solid knowledge and skills in loan operations processing for corporate customers Have exposure to bilateral and/or syndicated loans & corporate guarantees Exhibit extensive expertise in payment systems, particularly SWIFT Hold tertiary qualifications If you are a suitable candidate for this position and have the relevant experience, please send your resume to .
