ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Energy & Sustainability, and Talent Management.ProSidian seeks a Program Manager - Business Analysis and Training Support (AFRC1) located CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide Sector related Solutions on behalf of The Space Force.JOB OVERVIEWThe Program Manager will lead and oversee the execution of the Business Analysis and Training Content Support lines of effort for the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) project.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESBusiness Analysis Leadership:Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and communication.Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, and project status reports to ensure effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.Produce technical work products and presentation materials that align with ARPC's mission.Training Content Management:Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training strategy catering to various audiences.Oversee the creation of engaging training modules, animations, quizzes, tests, and scenario-based training videos.Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual materials that facilitate effective communication of training content.Team Management:Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of business analysts, instructional designers, content developers, and creative professionals.Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with ARPC, HQ RIO, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.Collaborate with Government staff to ensure the timely delivery and deployment of training content on the Learning Management System (LMS).Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet established performance objectives and standards.Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (AFRC1)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in program management, business analysis, and training content development.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.Skills RequiredAbility to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.OTHER REQUIREMENTSUnderstanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.Commitment to work with diverse teams to solve challenges.BENEFITS AND HIGHLIGHTSAt ProSidian, we invest in our employees to help them stay healthy and achieve work-life balance.
