What You'll Do:
Grow the Business: Discover new distribution opportunities, expand our shelf presence, and ensure our products dominate in your territory.
Hit your Target: Use market insights, data, and customer knowledge to drive sales and exceed revenue goals.
Own Your Territory: Take charge of building distribution and ensuring top-tier visibility for our brands in Independent and Key Account stores.
Drive Engagement: Promote our products, launch exciting innovations, and present to key stakeholders with confidence and enthusiasm.
Team Collaboration: Be part of a vibrant, passionate team that celebrates success and supports each other every step of the way.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Commerce, Sales, or a related field, plus relevant experience.
A proven track record of hitting KPIs and surpassing targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful, influential relationships with stakeholders.
A creative problem-solver who can adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like Power BI and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
