Lead Pega Business Analyst

Seeking a Lead Pega Business Analyst with 3 years experience working on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.Lead Pega Business Analysts assist with defining business requirements and workflows, including interactions with other business systems.
They assist with the design of Pega applications that meet business needs.Technical skills Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions.Holds a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Lead/Senior Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.About the projectThis role will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and Program support for Portfolio business applications on the Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform.Essential criteriaHolds a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Lead/Senior Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions.Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, and design transformative solutions using design thinking principles and techniques.Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations.Ability to drive design and documentation best practices to ensure consistency and reusability when delivering IT system solutions.Strong coaching/mentoring experience in requirements gathering, including the ability to coach a team of business analysts to drive efficiency and quality delivery.Desirable criteriaStrong understanding of Pega methodologies and design concepts highly desirable.Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.Ability to lead a team of business analysts to drive efficiency & quality delivery, including the ability to conduct design review self-assessments and peer assessments.Initial contract duration: Contract to 30 June 2025 with 2 x 12 months extension options.Location of work & working arrangements: ACT, NSW, VIC - Hybrid Based.Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Baseline security Clearance.How to Apply:Please upload your resume to apply.
