1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from Tech MahindraTalent Acquisition - Recruitment for Australia & New-Zealand at Tech MahindraPosition Summary:As a Business Processes Senior Consultant, you will facilitate and support the SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions to enhance our client in Australia business functionality and overall performance.This is a Senior Consultant's role, requiring expert knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional FICO capabilities, including industry best practices.You will partner with the IT and Business teams to analyse and define business requirements, processes, and objectives, thereby limiting the project's scope and deliverables.You will be able to give our team comprehensive advice on long-term and short-term perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations that anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders.You will facilitate the creation of a strategic roadmap that charts the deployment of SAP's digital solutions in the finance area.Key Job ResponsibilitiesA minimum of 14 years of SAP consulting experience with at least eight years in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting3 + years of hands-on experience implementing S/4HANA projects including Brownfield ImplementationExpertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)Expert understanding of integration of the various components within the Financial Accounting (FI) module, such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), as well as their integration with other SAP ModulesDeep understanding of the integration of the components within the Management Accounting (CO) module, such as Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Order Related Accounting (OPA), Account Profitability Analysis (ABCOPA), Product Costing, and Material Ledger, as well as their integration with other SAP Modules.Expert knowledge of Advanced Credit Management, Collections and Disputes Management, and Cash ManagementDeep understanding of the Business Partner concept, Bank Account Management, Cash Position and Cash Flow Analysis, and Liquidity Forecasting/PlanningDeep understanding of SAP Fiori UXWorking knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is desiredWorking knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is desiredWorking knowledge on the conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is desiredWorking knowledge of Flexible Workflows within Financial Accounting (including General Journal Entry Verification, Bank Account Request, and Payment Item Approval) is desiredSAP Activate Project Management methodology is desiredAbility to architect solutions in the SAP Finance & Costing functions by seamlessly integrating with other modules like SAP PP SD, QM, APO, and BW functionsBe able to analyse, design and configure SAP FI, SD and Purchasing solutions (R2R, O2C and P2P)Provide knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO, SD, and Purchasing concepts and process flows so that they can both understand existing configurations and solutions and design new solutions for new requirements.This position requires candidates to work from the office five days a week.
