In this exciting role, you will: Inspire and lead the daily operations of a vibrant early learning centreBuild powerful connections with team members, families, and the wider communityChampion our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, supporting the team to bring it to lifeEnsure top-tier compliance, aligned with industry regulations and our valuesFoster an uplifting culture, where everyone feels valued and motivatedAdvocate for child safety and ensure positive learning outcomes for every childYou'll also enjoy the strong guidance of your off-the-floor Director-in-Training, Educational Leader, and a dedicated operations team every step of the way.
About our Surrey Hills- Elgar Road Centre
Conveniently located off Elgar Road and just a short drive from the main street, you'll find our beautiful early learning Centre.
Our Centre is purpose-built over two storeys with nine rooms, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and a central piazza for collaboration with children from across the Centre.

You're ready to make an impact with:
A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 3 years in managementSkills in budget management, rostering, and compliance documentationKnowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and strong familiarity with EYLF and NQSFirst Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis TrainingA Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory ReportingWhy Explorers?
