Senior Graphic Designer

with proven experience to join our studio to work directly with the Graphic Design Manager.This role would suit someone with a love of homewares and eye for design.
The Senior Graphic Designer works to implement the brand look and feel globally, in line with brand guidelines.
From concept and creative development to finished art and print production management, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of beautiful, added value graphic design solutions.
The role will provide a variety of different design implementations across visual merchandising window designs and POS signage through to online digital edms, website pages and socials.
The role also consists of design work surrounding packaging and any other retail (internal and or third party) marketing support - in line with brand guidelines.What will I be responsible for?Demonstrate creative flair for design and conceptualising, and executional typographic excellenceManage and create POS material, packaging, and other marketing materials from concept through to final artworkIndependently take briefs and develop design jobs from conceptual presentations to final artworkCreate themed windows from concept design to final art that inspire and drive customer dwell timeCreate new season guidelines/toolkits and templatesPossess commercial awareness and provide value-added design solutions that maximize brand impact and return on investmentShow initiative by following up other areas of the business for information as requiredManage creative time, negotiate deliverables, review creative briefs for accuracy and clarity, establish and commit to artwork deadlinesDemonstrate full knowledge of all file types and recommend print processesKnowledge of international best practice in VM POS, window creative concepts and printed collateralUpdate key stakeholders on project progress as requiredDemonstrate sound knowledge of retail landscape and competitors when outputting creativeWhat experience you can bring to us?Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to talk to briefsExcellent organizational skills.Understanding of printing capabilities – local and overseas marketsProven ability to show initiative and recommend solutions to briefs.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.Ability to create strong working relationships within the studio team and wider marketing teamExperience in Packaging Design and Roll OutAdvanced experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design as well as
