An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Darwin location.
This is an important role supporting our Service team and managers as we continually strive to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service whilst providing administration support to assist the Service and Parts departments.In this role you will:Coordinate service administration support to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely mannerAction and rectify queries to maintain good customer relationsEnsure that all parts and service invoices are reconciled, coded and approvedRaise, maintain and receipt purchase orders and general local purchasing for the BranchAssist in processing of Technician labour into repair orders and appropriate systemsAbout you:You'll be an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills.Have knowledge of general office procedure with a minimum of 2 years administration or clerical experience.Have exceptional customer service skills and prior experience in a service environment is desirable.Have the ability to read and interpret service agreements as well as to apply the appropriate problem-solving techniques where necessary.Alignment with the Penske Values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care.Added benefits:More than 20 sites across Australia & New Zealand.Penske Power-Up Day - An additional paid day off for all permanent employees.Refer a friend and we'll pay you $4,000 for Diesel Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors & $1,000 for all other roles (conditions apply).Commitment to career development and progression.Commitment to providing the highest levels of safety, technical and leadership training.Reward and Recognition Programs.Employee Assistance Program.Family Friendly benefits.Penske Perks: save $1000's with access to discounts from your favourite retailers.With over 1,300 employees across Australia and New Zealand, Penske is an iconic brand in both the business and racing worlds and a Fortune 500 company with a global presence.
