This role focuses on managing and improving core technology operations across AV, networks, desktops, and more, ensuring they meet today's needs and prepare for tomorrow's challenges.
The RoleAs the Head of Technology Infrastructure, you will lead a team of 70+ professionals responsible for providing seamless, stable, and secure technology services.
This role is about taking a holistic view—evaluating ways of working, streamlining processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes while driving cost efficiency across critical technology areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and optimising key infrastructure services, including:Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
IT networks and infrastructure.
Desktop environments and end-user computing.
IT asset management (ITAM).
Enterprise applications and cybersecurity.
Evaluating and improving ways of working to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and effectiveness across teams.
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Managing budgets, workforce planning, and vendor relationships.
Driving efficiencies and aligning operations with organisational goals.
Supporting the organisation's digital roadmap by maintaining a robust and dependable technology foundation.

Your background includes:
Proven experience in managing large-scale technology operations across AV, networks, infrastructure, desktops, and service delivery.
A strong track record of optimising BAU processes and introducing innovative ways of working.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills at a senior level.
Expertise in financial and resource management.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to foster a positive, values-driven team culture.
