Remuneration between $90,000 to $100,000 per year. EXCEL Building Management is a leading Building Management company servicing Sydney's High-end Residential and Commercial Strata Title Markets.
Our core in-house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services, and we manage a large portfolio of high-profile clients based in Sydney and foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity.

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Company.

Responsibilities will include: Manage approval of timesheets.Create and maintain all employee records and files in Employment Hero.Conduct hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Answer phone and e-mail inquiries.Assist with scheduling for Building Managers, Concierge and Cleaners via Employment Hero.Performance Management.Policy Development.Workforce Planning.QualificationsQualification in Human Resources management (others are not excluded).A strong administrative background.An appreciation of customer service.You will be process driven, outcome orientated, and have a high level of attention to detail.Proven experience in a generalist HR role.Previous experience in the strata industry is a plus.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to influence and motivate others.Additional InformationApplicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia and, upon being successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to present your Police Check.
