Who We Are One by Mingara is the gold standard of health and wellness, boasting a 50m indoor Olympic Pool, heated leisure pool, hydrotherapy pool, café, and swim shop.

A Great Opportunity We are looking for an approachable, genuine, energetic and experienced coach to join our coaching team.
You will program and facilitate squad sessions for all levels from Development to Performance and Masters.
You will attend designated swim meets, support Mingara Aquatics Swim Club and coach, motivate and encourage swimmers of all ages.

You will have:
Demonstrated experience coaching State and/or National level swimmersDevelopment Swim Coach Licence (Advanced Swim Coach Licence would be highly regarded)SCTA MembershipCurrent First Aid, CPR and Working with Children CheckWillingness to obtain a Pool Lifeguard qualificationYour Commitment We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions.
Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week business.
