Senior Transport Engineer/ Planner - ( 240004GN ) Description
About the role
Our Transport Planning and Advisory team partners with its clients to provide traffic and transport solutions for the community.
We are currently seeking a Senior Transport Engineer/ Planner to join our Sydney transport engineering team.
You will be working as part of a dedicated transport team on a range of projects and will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient transport engineering services.

As a Senior Transport Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking and delegating a range of responsibilities, including:
Project management Complex problem solving and innovation Information/data analysis SIDRA modelling Report writing Client engagement and liaison You will work within the transport engineering team both in Sydney and nationally, collaborating with some of the foremost traffic and transport experts in Australia.
Projects vary in size and type, presenting a variety of projects and opportunities to work with a large and passionate group of professionals.
We are currently working on exciting projects across:
Social Infrastructure Flagship Retail Major urban infill Growth area master planning Rail and road Infrastructure A range of commercial, retail, residential, and industrial land use developments To be successful for this role you'll need:
Tertiary qualifications relevant to traffic and transport Significant Transport engineering experience with demonstrable ability Strong capability to manage workload and deliver projects Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders including leading meetings Collaborative approach to work and team mentality along with mentoring junior staff What we offer
